The website iesafetypage.com is a homepage hijacker that is installed by a trojan called Zlob. Zlob changes your homepage to iesafetypage.com and generates warning messages to try and get you to buy fake programs such as SpyDawn, SpyHeal, Antivermins and others. Of course it is important to get rid of iesafetypage.com, but its just as important to also remove the Zlob Trojan that implanted it there. In my experience, a program called SpyNoMore is your best bet in removing the Zlob trojan. By removing this trojan, you will also get rid of iesafetypage.com. Another symptom of Zlob Trojan is that it generates fake warning messages like:
System Alert
Critical System Error
System Performance monitor warning
Security Alert: NetWorm-i.Virus@fp
Security Warning: SpyBot@MXt trojan
W32.Myzor.FK@yf

This will more than likely work for you...it's called Hijackthis and is made specifically for problems like this...
Download the program.
http://www.merijn.org/programs.php#hijackthis
Do a scan and and have it save a txt file to your documents...
Open the text file and copy and paste all the text into the analyzing box at this site and remove what it tells you too.
http://www.hijackthis.de/
Reboot and it should be gone!
Important!: Make sure you disable system restore for the scan, removal and reboot. Then enable system restore again...
Most Malware, spyware, hijackers, etc store themselves in system restore and just get put back on your computer the next time you reboot.

to get help to system restore,
Start-All Programs/Programs-Accessories- System Tools- System Restore
Go back to a week at most.. more if it happened long time.
Note: Anything installed and updated after the day you restored will be gone. If corrupted files are saying its installed and wont open, re-download and reinstall. For updates, just re-update even if you updated already for that day
