I'm asking this because my weirdo roommate only spends 2 minutes or less in the shower. What could you possibly do for 2 minutes in the shower? That's not even enough time to wash your hair never mind your entire body.

I guess it depends on what you do in those two minutes and how dirty you were when you went in. I would say that it is entirely possible to get clean in two minutes under the right circumstances if you know what you are doing...

You can get clean, but not very clean. You don't really need to wash your entire body. In fact, dermatologists recommend against it because of the damage it does to your skin.
Many of the germs that people are so afraid of are harmless. In fact, most of them are beneficial. By obsessing about killing germs, you are really strengthening the germ colonies by leaving the strongest ones alive.
If it's a matter of odor for your friend, then that's a whole other issue.

No you cannot possibly clean yourself in 2 minutes. I know how you feel I live in a college dorm and the longest one girl ever showers is like 5 minutes.

Maybe your weirdo roomate is efficient and can apply soap and shampoo, and rinse, in 2 minutes. I'm sure that can be done. In any case, the proof is in the pudding. If your roomate don't smell, it's all good. And a good conservation effort as well.

Your roomate could have a magical time machine that makes showers seem as if they are two minutes but they are really 2 hours.

If its a regular 2 minutes then I wouldn't worry. But if its only once or twice a week, I might consider a new roomie.

yeah I dont think so. But- is it a guy or girl? if a guy, maybe he washes his hair, and uses the same soap to just wash the rest real quick.. if your roomates a girl- then... yeah... how do u wash/condition/shave... in 2 minutes. wish i could do it though.lol

Maybe not for you it isn't. Some people move quickly and can lather, scrub and rinse in two minutes time. Just because you like to laze around and waste water doesn't mean other people are or should be like that.

thats a really fast shower. i spend that much time just letting the water heat up. but atleast if he doesnt stink he must be getting something done in there.
