Should homework be banned after spring break?
There are endless pros and cons of this. Homework can cause a lack of exercise, sleep, and increase stress. However, some think that homework is completely healthy to the mind and should be kept.
I think that homework should be banned after spring break. Kids slack off once spring begins, and teachers try their hardest to get everything we didn't learn taught before the end of the school year. It's a very hard period of time for students. Stress increases, and stress can create depression. I know it did for me.

What do you think?

Uh, no, AFTER spring break.
As in, the period of time from when you return to school after a week off of school and when school ends.

Ha, I can see why you would think it's just me slacking off.
Yes, I do, but I'm not lying when I say that a good majority of students abandon homework.
Ask any teacher...they'll tell you.

The school year continues after Spring Break, so why should homework be banned during that period? Would you prefer that work be assigned to you over the summer, to be turned in a week or so before school begins?

According to you students slack off after spring break ( or is this just you).Well just because you slack off does not mean the ammount of information you are required to be taught slacks off. I think that you should just accept the fact you are a student and if you want to graduate you will do what is required to reach that goal.If it requires homework just do it. Teachers have stress as well. They are required to teach in less than perfect conditions.Don't you think it must be stressful to teach an apathetic and lazy student who thinks you are wasting their time.(student) Teachers must prepare lesson plans for each day and grade papers, have parent -teacher meetings for those parents interested enough in their child to attend and upgrade their qualifications on an ongoing basis. Students talk in class, are disruptive and disrespectful towards those students who are trying to learn as well as towards the teacher.

Sexual duplicate has its reward. working example, on occasion I sneak my 0.5-carried out homework right into a classmate's backpack, subsequently permitting it to mate with their carried out homework and then I scouse borrow the offspring and turn it in for complete credit.

Do you mean?
Should homework be banned DURING spring break?

-Yes, because it wouldn't be a break at all. Spring break is break from school and you do work at school. Spring break is for students to stay home and not do homework or go to school, but reax. I remember when teachers gave me work to do during summer break, and I didn't even take a second glance at it.

OH, o.k., then NOOOOO! I was kind of confused at first. After spring break is normal school so the question your really asking is-

Should homework be banned after school starts?

No. it's to the student's detriment whether he/she admits it or not.
