Well you can take a big step and get the people he hangs with treated for lice. Then your son can hang out with them with out worry

you could try putting one of those chemical showers at the front door and a furnace outside the door.you can burm his clothes and hose him down for lice before he comes in the house.if theres a family resemblense its not surprisng no one will hang out with him.lol.
