I'm a big movie fan and over the years Ive seen a lot of funny movies. But, the one that had me laughing almost throughout its entirety was "Something About Mary" -- one hilarious scene after another !! Plus, for some odd reason I find Ben Stiller very attractive !!

Ghostbusters... Dan Ackroyd and Bill Murray are phenomenal chartacter actors and dont forget Harold Ramis who does great work with Murray to boot.. Plus William Atherton as the jerk from EPA is classic. Great casting, poignant delivery. Best Comedy Ever.

"Excuse me while I whip this out" It's a tough choice but hands down Blazing Saddles. With Mel Brooks and Richard Pryor writing. And Gene Wilder & Clevon Little starring. This movie is timeless.

Most film buffs would say the answer is
IT'S A MAD MAD MAD MAD WORLD.
Just about every major comic actor that was working at that time is in the movie if only for a cameo.

Clerks, because it looked like the actors were picked up from my neighborhood or college dormitory. being shot in black & white added to the universal theme.. scenes were both funny and realistic.

Eeeeesh either Plane, Trains, and Automobiles or Me, Myself, & Irene. Both have non-comparable humors to other movies.
