The baby's first movement feel a lot like gas (usually 4-5 mo). Later it nay have a sensation similar to running the tip of your tongue along the inside of your cheek(the baby's turning/shifting around). Kicking/pressing feels kinda like if you use the tip of your tongue to push out on your cheek.
Best descriptions I could come up with!

Sounds like it is most likely gas. Of course if you know you are pregnant and around 20-24 weeks could be the baby moving. But it sounds most likely like gas.
19 weeks pregnant.

If you are pregnant and far enough along as to where you would feel the baby moving, it could be the baby hiccuping.

A muscle spasm. Unless you're pregnant...then it's probably a baby...but since you don't know what it is, I'm assuming you're not pregnant and it's just a muscle spasm or gas.
