Child

That's a hard one. It's not my spouse, because we've only been married 4 years. If we'd been married 28 years, it might be different.

My children are 24 and 27. We have a very strong bond.

But, my childhood was wonderful and my parents are very important in my life. I've known them longest of course.

I realize this is not true in everyone's case, but in my case, I really think the strongest bond right now is between me and my parents.

The bond with a child is the strongest. No doubt.

Spouse. Because this bond survives the changes in life, from being new as a couple, through having a family, losing older people in your life, then your children growing up and starting their own lives. I love my kids so much, and would give my life for them also, but they are growing(19 & 12) and don't need me like they did when they were small. When they have flown the nest, it is your spouse you turn to.

As much as it pains me to admit it, I gave you a star because this is really a very good question!
I no longer have a spouse, but I have very strong bonds with my children and my parents, and siblings. However if push came to shove, I would have to say my children because they are such an integral part of me.

Well, having a bond and great love for all of them, I would have to say my child. There is just something instinctive, protective, nurturing, and all-loving about a mother and child relationship beyond that of any other.

The bond with my children, hands down

The bond with my cat is the strongest.

I'm not married, have no kids, and don't really talk to my parents, so the cat is the winner.

I don't have a strong bond with my parents, never did. My husband, well, we have a pretty strong bond, but my son, we have a REALLY strong bond.
