I'm sorry there are no easy or easier instruments. They all have their difficulties. Although, I think the most difficult instrument is probably piano, because you have to be the conductor, soloist, and accompanist all rolled into one, while working hard to bring out individual lines, choreograph the melody (you'd be suprised how much choreographing one has to do to shape a melody well).

French Horn and percussion --get the balls award! They always tend to have super exposed and important parts. French Horn is terribly difficult because since each fingering plays about sixteen different notes, you really have to be a master of ear-training, and able to hear every pitch you're supposed to play.

Flutes -- This is a terribly difficult instrument to play because it is about the only wind instrument that doesn't focus your air for you through a read or a mouthpiece. You have to do it yourself, and developing a solid, full, beautiful, warm tone is a long and difficult process! Also, this instrument in group settings tends to have lots of exposed and difficult runs.

Brass instruments-- have the same difficulties as french horn!

Saxaphones and clarinets- I can't really say.

Oboes -- Require so much fast air that acquiring a solid beautiful tone is really difficult.

String instruments are also exceedingly difficult, requiring muscle strength, fleibility, and whatnot (I don't have any experience with these, save for a few old friends who played them).

I found the clariet fairly easy to play. It may look really hard because there are a lot of buttons, but really it is a pretty simple instrumet to play.
