Depends on if the cologne is appealing to the girl. I only like SOME colognes and if the guy is not attractive it won't make me jump on the walls because he smells good. Looks have to be apparent in the presence of good smelling cologne.

Yes Dude, hard to believe, a woman I worked with finally asked me one day, what are you wearing that smells so good? Try it, it's definitely worth the gamble. Also, I DON"T use under arm deodorant or anti-perspirant, and I go easy on the soap. Men smell sexy, hey, you can't argue with thousands of years of procreation. If a woman doesn't like it, check it out for yourself, certain foods like garlic can make you smell funky, scrub it twice and you'll be OK. Go to Europe, they find deodorants are like heat in the Winter--a completely GONZO American idea.
