Bench press, incline bench, dips. The main thing to remember is strength equals size. First of all go to a hardware store and buy some 2" washers. Most stores will have scales and find some that weigh 8 ounces. Find a weight you can do 12 times. Do it 10 times for two sets. The last set add two pound(four washers) and do it ten times. The next week go up 1-2 pounds depending on how easy the last set was. Repeat the process. After 3-4 months do this routine with 8 rep sets. You can make lifting cycles last 4-6 weeks longer when you go up slowly. I know it seems slooooow but think about how much of a gain this adds up to after 6-8 months. This is perfect for bench and incline. Be sure to work your triceps and back too. Your tris and back are a major player in the bench press. This coming from a competitive bench presser.

Oh yeah, Hail To The Redskins!!!

chest lifting suggestions: incline press, bench press, decline press, push ups, parallel bar dips, dumbell flys, pec deck, cable crossovers, and pullovers. these are all from my strength training anatomy book. Don't forget to work out your back just as much or else you will be all hunched over and more likely to get injured.
