Outdoor advertising on billboards in Oregon is subject to strict laws (called the Lady Bird Johnson laws) so that the scenery in Oregon is not marred by billboards. So if you want to advertise in a specific area, the best idea is to find an existing billboard and look at the bottom of it for the marketer that owns it. It frequently lists the company name and a phone number. Give them a call and ask when the sign will be available or ask if they have other signs that are currently for rent.

One interesting point on the ruling is that you can only put up a new billboard if another one some place in the state is removed, and then only if it will not saturate the area where it is being placed.

You need to find the name of the advertising company. Maybe Lamar?
Look on the bottom of billboards the info should be there. Otherwise check the Yellow Pages under advertising.
