Lexar Media JumpDrive Secure?

My laptop doesn't recognize the LMJDSecure key when I plug it into the USB ports. I try the key somewhere else and it works fine. This would say it's the ports on my laptop, but other plug-n-play USB devices work fine. It just seems to be USB Mass storage devices that my laptop won't recognize (anymore, it used to.) What should I do? What could be wrong?

it is an external drive problem, go into your default setting, ensure that you recognize usb driver devices. And that the monkey on your machine, when they eat the brains of the children, do so gently. Amen
