You may have a defective siren, or your alarm may be in "valet" mode. Check your owner's manual for instructions on activating/deactivating the valet mode.

i own a shop ,and it sure would have helped to know what kind of car you have and what type alarm system you have on it,some of these things work a little different on some cars ,but there is a fuse for this,and if its a factory alarm system it will be located in the fuse panel for it,and it should be labeled also,and if its an after market one,it should be wired from one of the positive poles on the fuse panel so they still would have put an in line fuse on it,good luck,i hope this helps.

you may want to check the fuse for your horn, either that or it may be a faulty horn itself. easily replaced.
