Yeah why should there be any limits on freedom of speech?? That's not fair,,,,it might limit my "right" to call someone a pedophile or some other lie I concoct because I disagree w them & want to discredit them by spreading rumors to destroy them. Even if they prove I'm not telling the truth I have the right to say anything anywhere to anyone don't I ???

If you try to say I don't that's just gonna prove the neo cons are abridging my rights again.......thank goodness I can still tell lies on the web!!

Private schools may have restrictions on anything they wish. That's why they are private. If you don't agree go somewhere else. It is not violating your constitutional right because you are CHOOSING to go there and you have the freedom to leave. That's the way any court would rule.

No one can stop a person from feeling hate about people.
But their is freedom of speech , but we are all taught to respect our elders you know adults and as adults they should have some sense as to what to talk about in front of children
If you talk these things in front of students what will they really think of the person speaking them. Give the students more credit most of them will decide the right or the wrong of these things.

That's why they are called 'private schools.' They teach what the parents approve and not whatever special interest groups or activists say they should teach. NO, there should not be a restriction because the 'parents are footing the bill.'

Any infringement on any speech is and should be unconstitutional. We are supposed to be guaranteed freedom of speech in this country, and Liberal freaks are eating away at our rights daily. before long, we will have NO rights in this country, if some people have their way.

Limiting what people say is limiting what all are allowed to think. Hate speech or not its up to the individuals to decide right from wrong.
