What are some of the trends influencing your career (International Business) in the next 5 years? so people i had this interview and these are some of the questions i was asked. i need help asap because i bombed it (did bad). so could u give me some sample answers for these questions.i didnt know how to respond these.

Key factors in decision making could be: how it affects the customer, how it affects the business and what is the long term result.
As for trends, the fastest growing industry in the WORLD is Consumer Electronics. If your business anyway relates to anything that touches consumer electronics (Cell Phones, Digital Cameras, etc) it will be influenced. Just figure out how, do your research.
By the way, we've all bombed interviews. The good news is, you'll probably never get these questions again. You'll get something else that baffles you. Next time you get baffled, ask the interviewer to elaborate so you can gather your thoughts.
