I think you'd best take it real slow - things like that have a nasty habit of getting real complicated real fast. They'd be better off hiring a sex surrogate - someone neither of them knows and whom they're unlikely ever to see again - and see how it goes for one night. I knew two couples very, very well who had that idea - one couple did hire a surrogate; it worked out well, and about twice a year they do it again. Hubby watches while she gets her jollies. The other couple - well, let's just say they're not married anymore and the process, after she got it on with one of his friends - was pretty ugly. In a discussion with my professional colleagues (we do marital counseling as part of our jobs) I've learned of a dozen couples in our county who tried it - and except for the one couple I mentioned above, it has NOT worked out. Take it for what it's worth...

Now thats a trusting friendship!
Are you crazy?? Noooo, do not sleep with her. Your going to open a can of worms that your going to wish you didn't open.
What if feelings develop? What if he gets jealous? You need to sit down and explain to your friend that there are many "things" out there that can help him and his wife still share intimacy, that he doesn't need a "fill in" to do it for him.
Besides, how well do you know this couple? This could be one of those trick questions, I'd back away slowly...and gracefully.

HELL NO!!
If you are a real friend you'd tell him to ask someone else!!
Real friends do 'some' things to help each other out, but this sounds more like a test to me..
He's testing your so-called friendship with him.
If this guy can't perform sex, there are thousands of other alternatives for him.
He can learn to use sex toys, his hands, fingers and tongue etc. He sounds like a really weird friend, and you'd be just as weird to accept
his invitation..
I'll guarentee it would end your friendship in the long run, and who needs his kind of friendship anyway.

If she's willing, then his misfortune is a win for you. However, you may want to suggest Viagra or Cialis.
