I will graduate in about 7 weeks with my bachelor's degree.....How do I know if I should go straight to graduate school or should just get a job and go back later? How do I know when it is the right time to go?

i would suggest taking some time off from school to gain some professional/work experience and insight into what it is you really want to do career-wise. explore your options as some careers will require a graduate education. taking a year off after graduating with your BA/BS will only help you better prepare for graduate school, like studying for the GRE's, GMAT, etc and asking for your letters of recommendation.
Keep in mind, too, that while you're working after graduation, you may start to feel like you're not learning/growing anymore - this is a sign that it's time to go back to school!
Good luck!!!

I think only you will know when the time is right for you. A lot of people wait a year or two before pursuing a Masters. That's not a bad idea. It might also depend on what you're majoring in and what kind of job you're wanting. If it's something that would pretty much require a Masters, then yea, go ahead and get it. Otherwise, it might be better to wait and get some job experience first.
