Most of the time I cry silently. However, I have certainly done my share of sobbing this past year. We lost a very dear family friend, Uncle Del, and my sweet father-in-law. In the case of the latter, I spent about 2 months caring for him and we had a lot of heart-to-hearts that left us both holding each other and sobbing. Then the rest of his family and I got to be there when he passed. It was a sacred/sad experience for us all. I sobbed for about 3 days and then again at the funeral.
