Will Arnetts and Dax's character end up having a fight to the death at the end. Now do they really have these fights in prison?

No, there are not fights such as that in most prisons. Occasionally there will be a fight, but it is usually broken up pretty quickly. The main thing that happens is someone from a gang is ordered to shank someone, usually with a sharpened toothbrush or something of the sort. But there aren't big fights and riots, only small scuffles, which are rare in themselves. And there aren't any people who get things in prision snuck in, excpet small quantities of drugs.
