The laws and court system aren't the problem, it's those upside down hanging blood sucking soulless fiends who call themselves Lawyers that need to be improved. Is it possible to clone some morals for defense attorneys? Some make even scum want to puke. Judges should be given the opportunity to randomly choose to execute one lawyer a day in his courtroom for indecency, that might reign in some of the more disgusting lawyers and their tactics.
