ok heres the deal im remaking because SOMEONE REPORTED ME! this....no jackasses no smart asses no sexists etc. i have the right! if WOMEN dont have to wear bras then why cant MEN NOT WEAR PANTS I WAS ARRESTED SEPTEMBER 19TH OF 1999 FOR NOT WEARING THEM!

Bras are underwear, most women(maybe not all) still have something on to cover themselves. If you don't want to wear your underwear, going commando is your option, but I believe you should still wear pants.

I don't usually wear a bra or undies. will you go completely naked in retaliation?
Really though, I have had the same argument many times with men not wearing shirts. Often I see men walking around with their chests bare, and often it is not a pretty sight. But if I were to do the same (which would of course be a very pretty sight!), I would be arrested for public indecency. How's that for an injustice. Makes your little hissy about bras seem a little over the top, huh?

As others have said, bras are underwear, and you can go without bras, boxers, briefs, or panties and still be clothed...but you can't go without clothes, that's "indecent exposure." Besides, breasts are not sexual organs, so it really isn't the same as going pant-less, anyway.
And, ummm....in another question, you said that you were 12...if you were arrested in 1999, when you were 4, well, I guess I'd be upset, too. You should sue.

Actually, the equivelent to a woman not wearing a bra is a man not wearing underwear. Did you happen to ride the short bus?

simple If I don't wear a bra ......I don't get arrested......If you want to get arrested.....go for it.....no skin off my nose.....I'm not doing your time......my life will go on no matter where you're spending yours......so take those pants off...and do as you please......defend your rights....no matter how ridiculous they are
