Before the era of AIDS and crazy, incurable STDs I would have advised you to mind your business. I am surprised that some of the other posters think that you shouldn't say anything since we know that this is the age we live in. (The fastest growing HIV infection rate is amongst straight women in 'relationships'!) I would rather tell her what I know than have her crying to me about him giving her some sort of disease when I could have done something.

After you give her the facts that you know of (and I mean FACTS) tell her that you hope that it doesn't ruin your friendship but you felt that she has a right to know. Let her deal with her husband in her own way. If he really is doing something, I guarantee that some part of her intution has already picked up on little changes in him. After you tell her, your duty is done and then leave it alone and don't tell anyone else about what you know.

Put yourself in your friends shoes, if your husband were "misbehaving" wouldn't you want her to tell you. The longer you wait the more it's going to hurt your friend in the end. Eventually she will find out, if not from you then from someone else.

Say NOTHING. And when the truth comes out, act surprised.

I know that you want to say something. But it isn't your place. Trust me, that man given enough rope with hang himself better than you shooting him in the foot.

You HAVE to tell her!!! But she may not believe it so you'll need to somehow show her!!!!! If you don't tell her and she figures it out and that you knew about it, then your friendship is screwed!! You would want somebody to tell you, right? Tell her....it'll pay off!!
