No. We don't determine a team on one or two matches. In soccer game, luck play a part too. Man Utd is at the current EPL position depend alot on luck too. Don't forget Roma beat the France champion Lyon 2 - 0, and Liverpool disqualified Barcelona too. So, if follow your concept, Italian is 2 times better than France? England is 3 times better than Spanish?

Napoli: youre funny as well but Spain is one of the perenial underachievers in world football. Italy is pretty much the exact opposite. They have a great team I admit and play very tactically but they definetly know how to win world cups(morally or not). And though many feel Italians cheat(which I think is true) but cheating is a part of life(get used to it). Im sure most of the successful people in this world cheated somehow. Also, La Liga is far more diversified in terms of the countries players are from.. A very high percentage of Serie A are Italians which reduces the quality of the league.
