i'm a 34DD, and have to wear a full strapped bra... but sometimes i want to wear a spaghetti strap tank... built in bras don't do the trick, and strapless bras don't offer the same support... what can i do?

I don't think there's anything you can do.
Those shelf bras they build into tank tops only smash the breasts together and give women "uni-boob". Have you tried ones that seperate and have underwire support? Not even sure they make those in spaghetti style.
You might be able to find a thin strapped jog bra (Nike makes some with narrow straps) and wear a tank over it. Victoria's Secret tends to focus on smaller bust sizes - try Fredericks of Hollywood:

My girlfriend used to have the same problem. She always wanted to wear a strapless bra with her tank top. She saw on HSN that Rhonda Shear had a strapless bra that offers great support. After she got it home she told me that this is best strapless bra she has ever worn. You can buy the bra at hsn.com

Victoria Secrets has this new bra called Secret Embrace. It comes in several different types and styles. I just puchased three different types so that I can wear any type of top I wish without worrying about my breast. THEY ARE GREAT!! They have clear straps, convertible bras etc.

Queen Latifah sponsors these bras that are sold at Kmart...The brand name is Curvations. I am a 36DD and these bras are a dream!!!! They have extra elastic/rubber banding so everything stays put! I mean everything!!! I have the strapless version (and a few other versions..) and I swear by them and they are affordable.

Big boobs is nice wearing sexy clothe if your boobs is firm.If your boobs is sagging no point wearing revealing clothe with out support for your breast, and that make it worse and awful.I suggest u use Transparent bra strap or a closet to had full support.

sew or get someone to sew snaps on your bra strap and spaghetti strap so you can snap the bra strap under your spaghetti strap.

duct tape or there is a bra that actually cups you. They are only found at lingine stores. They are very exspensive but they work. Its like having a hand hold you place.

You can get things at wal mart and probually any other retail store that sells womens clothing. There are a varitey of products to chosse from, like just cups, or there are like sticker type things to put on them. Usally girls get them for proms and things.
