well since i was being accused of something that i didnt do,( more like i'm being blackmailed)the person backed off once she was told the the lawyers were gonna take this over if she pushed the envelope,and she was trying to get the union involved in this matter also

An impropriety is something that is "improper". So a sexual impropriety is something you did that was sexually improper.
