Some one who does not take care of wearing nice (not old school), clean, ironed clothes is some one who takes time to take of oneself. Another clue is polished shoes and coordinated colors or styles of the outfit. It is not about who looks stylish but about taking care of oneself.

You can only observe how the person wantsto be portrayed. They may not actually be whatever the persona is.

i think you can because usually conservative people tend to wear conservative clothes. out going people wear clolthes that explain their mood. people with tans wear belly shirts. does that answer it?

you really can't. i have met people that dress like bums that are extremely intelligent and vise versa.
