I would think it is, people renew their vows all the time without divorce.

A lot of people get married to the same person more than once. It's not legal if you marry a different person. Just get married on the same day or you have to buy more than one present a year.

You can get married as often as you want. If you want to get married in all 50 states you can. You don't need to get divorced first. There is no law stating you can not marry the same person over and over.
