You can create a shortcut, or drag it to your startup folder.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Network Connections

Look for your network connection. Right click on it and select Create Shortcut. You will be prompted that Windows can't create a shortcut here and want to place it on the desktop instead. Click Yes.

Then drag this shortcut C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

That should start it up every time Windows start up.
