The skin is being held by the dried blood, but I'm worried that not peeling off the dangling skin at teh time of the slice was a bad idea. Anybody have any suggestions? It's been about 24 hours since it's happened.

That happened to me once when I was cutting cheese. Hahah. I disinfected it with the anti scarring cream, put a band aid on it and it was healed in like two days. If you peel it off it could take a week or more for the skin to regrow.

Always leave the skin on, it helps to prevent against infection. If it is realllly deep you may need stitches. If not like other people said use a bandage, or "new skin" a type of bandage glue. Always make sure it is clean before applying any dressings or in between changing them.

I wasn't distracted by technique of absolutely everyone inspite of the truth that, I only became careless and in no way paying close interest! Mine wasn't undesirable only an particularly little bit of blood and that i did not even use a band help, how about you're you ok?

No, its not bad. The skin will heal back in place. It happened to me once. Keep it covered with a bandage and use neosporin to reduce the scarring.

If the spot will fit under a band-aid then make sure you put some triple antibiotic cream on it everyday. The moisture from the antibiotic cream will help it heal faster. If its bigger than that, I would have it looked at.

Leave the skin in place and use a bandaid until it heals or steri-strips if you have those.
Keep it clean and covered until it heals.
