i have a black spot on my left hand?

last month also spot like this appeared just above this then it changed to reddish colour and disappear need to consult a doctor

You could be causing bruses to your skin. depending on your age you could be starting to have liver spots.
Liver spots are flat brown-black spots that occur in sun-exposed areas of the body. They are also called age spots. They are unrelated to the liver or liver function.
Usual color: light brown to black
Usual location: hands, arms, or forehead
