i would first give half to my dad. he's definitely more than earned it!! i would quit my job but still volunteer at the schools for special needs children. i would buy a house with a hulacious backyard for my kids including a swimming pool and the most extravagent 'swingset' ever (of course i'd have it designed and specially built) i'd buy them the absolutely the BEST education they could EVER get. i'd open several high yeild savings accounts so the interest will pay the taxes on it every year. i'd give some to lousianna and missippi to help them to rebuild and screw giving it through an agency i'd personally give it to the states and require they show how they're spending the large donations. also help as many people out as i can. oh and that crappy school they have here for the special needs kids would be torn down and rebuilt a lady there told me today that the play ground has the same equipment on it now as it did 16 years ago! i would definitely travel. oh i'd also tell my kids crappy dad that i don't need him to keep them every other weekend so i can work a second job and kiss my booty. he can take that crappy child support and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. also would tell him he doesn't have to bother getting them if he doesn't want to anymore now that the second job is unnecessary! i think the kids would be better off with out a dad who fusses at them for waking him up when they have no other adult supervision anyway. (i guess he would rather the kids run around with out anyone watching them!) also hire a maid or either a nanny that doubles as a maid. how about just an over all helper. singles moms need those anyway. basically my entire tiny lil family would be taken care of. (i basically only have 6 blood relatives that are close not including my kids) oh i would be nice and give my ex's parents some money for a house and to get out of debt and throw some to my ex's sister they're still like family anyway. ok that's my plan

You have up to a year to claim it.

So I would take my time and get everything in order before I came forward to claim it.

1. I would put the ticket in a safety deposit box.

2. I would change my address to a P.O. Box.

3. Change my phone numbers

4. Cancel al my credit / debit cards and get new ones.

5. Join Lifelock to make sure my identitiy has not been stolen.

6. Meet with a financial adviser to best determine how to invest the money and live off the interest. My adviser would also help me determine if I should take a lump sum or payments over time.

7. Meet with an accountant to make sure I have all tax issues handled.

8. I would then come forward. Once you come forward your name is made public. And people come out of the woodwork. Not only distant relatives, but complete strangers start contacting you with sob-stories begging for money. Doing all this pre-planning ahead of time reduces the impact.

9. I would pay off all my bills.

10. I would quit my job and my wife would quit hers.

11. I would buy my Mom a house.

12. I would buy my In-laws a house

13. I would buy my Sister and her new husband a house

14. I would pay off my Father's mortgage

15. I would pay off my Father-In-Law's mortgage.

16. I would be living off the interest from my investments, and not touching the principal.

17. I would stay home and be with the kids

18. I would join the ranks of Venture Capital and invest in startup companies.

19. My family & I would travel on spring breaks and summer breaks

20. Buy my Father-In-Law a vacation home.

21. I would buy vacation property

22. Finally, I would pick my charitable investments very carefully, and I would do it anonymously. One of the things I've always wanted to do is to drop a ton of money in the Salvation Army kettles during the holiday season. I would donate a million or more to Cancer research. And I would financially support political candidates of my choosing. BUT - I would do it without any expectation of reciprocation.

I couldn't quit my job, since I am not eligible for Health Care in this country with a pre-existing condition. So, I will have to work the rest of my life or until I can get Medicare Parts A, B, C, D. I would help to revitalize America's global brand in the world and to bring back factory and other jobs to this country.

Yeah, the job thing is a given. I'd want to spend some time living abroad. Having tens of millions of dollars would certainly make that a more interesting and comfortable experience!

Buy house of course. Buy a yacht ( now i need a captain he is going to be hot) Build a pool and have a hot pool boy for me and a hot pool girl for my man. Buy so many shoes that I could never ever wear them all. Adopt more children and build hundred houses for homeless people. donate to children's hospital. Have fun and laugh everyday. I do that anyway but I do it flat broke !

Quit my job, buy a house, new car for myself, new truck for hubby, pay off bills and student loans, buy new homes for our parents, go on our dream vacations, give a big portion to charity, travel doing humanitarian work.

BUy at least 3 houses and a garage full of cars. Travel all over the world, and make sure my whole family was well taken care of. I would also change my phone number so those annoying "charities" would not call me.
