There are multiple ways you can cure yourself of pretty much anything in Oblivion really. The game is designed in such a way that you really can't lose. For example, in every town there is a church that you can pray to once a day to cure almost just about anything. If you are traveling and don't have time to stop to pray, then along the road you can find herbs and wild plants that you can mix with the chem set(I forgot what it's called) and create a potion that can cure you of just about anything(with the right mix of ingredients that is). You can buy curing potions and food items from towns and villages. Lastly, if you have a spell in your inventory that can cure diseases, than that should do it. Also, some apparels and items that you wear can have an effect on how you can resist poisons and diseases.

Any cure disease potion or cure disease spell will fix it or u can visit any chapel and the priest will heal you. It takes three in game days to take affect so you have that long before it is incurable.

Go to a church to find a cure. If your already one, go find a preist and he'll tell you the long mission to get cured.
