I was on him, moving, and he has his clothes on but I don't. Also he didn't ejaculate, but I want to know if there is a possibility that the precum, if it contained sperm, could cause pregnancy although he has his clothes.

If he was inside you then it IS possible to get pregnant from precum, which does have some sperm in it. Clothes don't have anything to do with it. I suggest you wait and become more educated before trying to have sex again. Usually if you're young and you don't have clothes off it seems meaningless it should be when you're in love with someone. It doesn't seem like it now, but you'll regret it later trust me.

He had his clothes but didn't have any on. iF he didn't penetrate you or semen didn't enter you....then you are find but sex is not something to do and not be responsible there are grave results. get educated about sex before you start necking around b /c that leads to sex. best wishes
