so i have acne scars on my face. how can i make them go away? some one said lemon juice will help them go away...is that true??

The best thing to use is Mederma. It's for new or old scars. Usually used for scars caused by surgery, but will work on any scars. Try it. I hope it will help.

You can never fully get rid of acne scars. I would not advise putting lemon juice on your face because it is too acidic.

Please don't put lemon juice on your face! Its too acidic.
Try Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel instead. I've had great results with this product :) It's about $14-$15 depending on where you buy. A little pricey, but you only need a small amount when you use it, so it lasts awhile. Definitely check into it :)

Try using Antibiotic Ointment or Neosporin. It's greasy, so make sure to wash your face a lot. But it helps scars disappear. I used it when I had to get stitches, and I had a scar.

Try using coconut butter they always get rid of bad scars and strech marks. Hasn't failed me yet and im sure it shouldnt fail you. And no lemon juice makes them burn.

It's best to keep your face moiturized. I know that some have success using vitamin "E" directly, not orally.
