has anybody used the service "maids" to have there house cleaned? if so how much did it cost and how'd it go?

I worked for a cleaning company and sad to say most were lazy and did a less then poor job. I had all regular clients because once I was sent in to do a call back the client refused to have any one else come in, as a result I opened my own business, You always have to remember what you feel like as a consumer and to be proud of the job you do... Word of mouth is an important thing in the cleaning industry. And I charge $40.00 per girl/hr and right now I work alone because I will not accept anything less then the best in an employee. Some places charge 30 some 35 it just depends some 40 some 45. You are supposed to get what you pay for (also hand wash floors)

I used Molly Maids once and the ladies they sent over did not speak english and I do not speak spanish so that was not good. I like my walls to be washed so I could not tell them it was pretty much a hassle. Then again I am picky and no one will ever be good as my parents housekeeper.
