Except for unwashed underwear....sure, why not??
I take a shower every day, and further more I've noticed people can't even remember what you wore the day, or a few days before....hell, even I can't, sometimes! ;-)

I'll wear the same pair of jeans 3 or 4 days in a row, assuming I don't spill anything on them, and they don't start to stink!

underwear - - NO
shirts- - NO
jeans- - sometimes but not more than twice && usually not the day right afterwards

Yes I dont change my underpants too often they are often too heavy to lift of the floor.
