You can try using ringed contacts (such as Acuvue Define), which work really really well. It is contacts with a colored ring around the circumference of your pupils, making your pupils bigger and thus giving the illusion that the eye is bigger in general.
You don't need a prescription to wear this kind of contacts.

i think dark eyeliner under your eye from the outer corners half way to the middle (make it fade a bit as you get to the middle) and then dark liner above (be sure its not thin nor too thick). that makes your whites stand out more against the dark color. big, very visible eyelashes would be great to make your eyes look bigger. so that means good mascara. and mascara on your bottom lashes as well. that gets your eyelashes away from your eyes making it appear brighter and wider. hope that helps!

Okay, first, you want to put black eyeliner on the top eyelid, not too heavy, and tiny bit of blakc on the bottom. On you eyelid, put a neutral color that goes w/ your eyes to make them pop. If you have green eyesm go w/ suttle greens, hazel, go w/ lighter purples, ect. Then, on the bottom, put brown eyeliner on kind of heavy.
That's what I do, and it works for me anyways.

How about we kill two birds wit one stone and me and u trade? lololololol no but really, yeah put white eyeliner on the inside of ur bottom eyelids. It gives the appearance of wider eyes.
