Help trying to get my webcam working?

I have a Creative Web cam. I don't know how I messed it up but when I reinstall the software the webcam seems to work on like Yahoo messenger and such but when I try to open the creative webcam center it says :
Fatal Error - c:\program files\creative\shared files\CTTheme.dll load failed. Can someone help me with this ?

firt uninstall the program....the dll file u mentione will still remain so restart the machine in safe mode(press f8 while booting) then delete the dll. it want cause any harm as it is not an important system dll. now reinstall the program given by creativ...it will work fine
