She has a great voice, but she doesn't seem very intelligent. In her interviews, she always give very simple answers, many times she doesn't appear to understand the depth of the questions, etc. She seems like a nice girl, but she just seems rather simple and not too bright. Am I wrong?

Before I would have said no. But after hearing she turned down a role for 3 million dollars because the film contained a nude scene and she wasn't even the one asked to get nude, yes! I think she's dumb.

I don't think she is dumb but she has some growing up to do. I felt very uncomfortable for her during her performance at The Oscars. Thought there was gonna be a repeat of Janet Jackson of some sort!!! But all said, she does have a great voice.

No I don't think she is, this is all new and sudden to her. Maybe she just doesn't know how to answer questions correctly and what not yet. (you know they have people who teach them how to do interviews and what not) But I don't think she's dumb or stupid at all. She always seems to speak well when I hear her. **** I just re-read this, did I say "and what not" enough times?" LOL

I think that she is still a little bit starstruck, and not used to everything--cameras, interviews, and other high pressure situations. She became a celebrity almost overnight, and I think she just needs time to adjust.

yes, i thought it was just me, not only that have you ever noticed she seems to lie when she answers questions a lot, I've noticed when you ask her a question she will say one thing and then say something else but you don't realize through all those smiling teethe of hers. she doesn't realize in this business you don't do your own lying that's what you pay the imaginary publicist for.
