No - quite the contrary. Some of the most outwardly beautiful people have been some of the most arrogant, self-absorbed and nasty people by the way they act, while some of the homeliest individuals I have come across have been the most beautiful, kind and thoughtful people on the inside. Of course that doesn't hold true for all people because we are all individuals. Still, you can't judge a book by its cover. I have known people who look scary on the outside by their dramatic, scary appearance. I have then heard them speak and discovered that they had hearts of gold. Likewise, I have known people that are average-looking in appearance but seem like very nice people. Then, when an issue comes up or a problem arises, these same people would be the first to stab someone in the back. Then there are those who look very pleasant on the outside and their insides are equally nice.

I'm around the public all day and I believe, usually, yes. But every once in a while, I'm surprised.

yes, often.... but i have prejudged people by their appearance and been wrong.... usually i am right.
