Honestly, to get the best results, talk to your dentist. He/She will be able to find the perfect results for YOU, because everyone's teeth are different. However, some at-home options that could help are as follows:

First off, try brushing with baking soda (but make sure you use normal flouride toothepaste too!). This often helps. You can also try using Hyrdogen Peroxide. I've used whitening toothpastes (The one I'm using, I belkieve, is a Crest toothpaste that teamed up with a mouthwash and whitens. Its' cinnamon flavoured.) These toohpastes do not whiten your teeth, but they take away stains.

You might also want to use other whitening methods such as Crest Whitestrips. BUT make sure you check into these first; often they can leave white spots on your teeth, or have blotchy results, or burn your gums! If you really want whiter teeth, the safest and easiest way (though not the cheapest) is to have your dentist do it FOR you, because he/she will do a MUCH better job than any at-home store-bought products. If you do happen to choose this method, use Crest Whitestrips--as far as I've read, seen, and experienced, they have the best results.

In case anyone suggests it, don't use lemon juice (it can damage the enamel on your teeth and cause horrible damage, as it IS an acid!).

Good luck!

Whitening Tooth Paste. I'm 17 & I've Used My Mom's Whitening Tooth Paste...It Has Bleach In It. If You DO Do That...DO NOT Brush Your Teeth REALLY Hard Because Your Teeth Are Gonna Be Hurting Later.

You should buy Crest Whitening Strips. Then use Crest Vivid White tooth paste right after you finish all the strips. Also get an electric tooth brush, this helps naturally whiten your teeth.

I use Listerine Whitening BEFORE I brush my teeth. I also use Crest Whitening tooth paste. Doing that every morning and night should keep them bright without harm. You should ask your dentist before using bleach though.

You're better off just leaving your teeth how they are and being sure to brush regularly. Usually by whitening your teeth, you're taking off the top layer of enamel, which can make them really sensitive. I'm sure that they're not that bad...

Whitening tooth paste? You can try the listerine whitening too. I would avoid the whitening strips incase you dont have enough enamel on your teeth :)

Crest White Strips work well.

Stop drinking coffee if you do. Don't smoke.
Brush your teeth 2x a day and don't forget to floss.
