Everyone gets angry. What is your solution? Some people squeeze a stress ball or something like that. What do you do?

I follow the tips I learned in Anger Management.

1. Leave the Room before the Fight Becomes Physical
2. Stay away from the Person you are Fighting with
3. Watch TV
4. Read A Book
5. Light some Scented Candles and Relax
6. Count to 10
7. Watch a DVD and Light Candles
8. Put a Sign on Your Door Saying Do Not Disturb
9. Take a Nap (if candles are lite blow them out first)
10. Go For a Walk or Exercise
11. Cuddle Up with a Stuffed Animal
12. Have a Good Cry (it releases Stress and other Bad Feelings)

There are More but I cant think of them

Don't sweat the small stuff, or that which cannot be altered or changed.Stuff happens, move onward and smile or sit in the mud and analize about it.
I think about all the fish, the ultimate /? , and the answer which we all know to be 42, so smile and look busy.

I talk to the person once I'm calmed down and I exercise to let go of my anger.

slam the door of my room, then try calm self down by crying it out (if it so happens) and music. most likely turned on louder than usual. write some poems on paper or in my head

I stop, close my eyes and count to my self to ten slowly controlling my breathing and realize I am probably dealing with ignorance.

When i'm super pist,i blast music(rock) til i want it to be quiet then i write poetry for the longest time.The basics:music and writing-writing is my therapetic thing...the last i'd do is cry.

I usually deal with it by listening to music that expresses my thoughts of situations I'm in.

I throw thing at the offending party and if they are not in the immediate vicinity I'll fire my gun into the air, usually outside but not always.

i stop what i'm doing (when possible) close my eyes, do breathing exercises and take a two minute "vacation" to my favorite place
