is it safe to buy pets out of the pets at home stores becuse i have heard a lot of bad news

You would probably need to check out the animals at the particular pets at home store you were thinking of going to. The health of the animals vary from store to store. The one near me keeps their animals in an appaling state and I would never buy from there. I personally prefer getting animals from charities, why not try and find an animal charity local to you to get animals from instead.

Sure, but be care full. Make multiple visits before buying, and if possible, get a vet check.
