Keep it under wraps. People are gossipy and stupid... Watch out! Unless you know everyone and they like you, then it's all good.

I, myself, don't really have a problem with it. If it doesn't work out though just be prepared to ignore the other person rather then make a scene at work. If you can't be friends, and you still work together, best to let them look like an idiot and laugh at them rather then getting mad or out of line.

It's not a good idea. when things are not going well, it can get quite uncomfortable and even interfere with work.
