You can increase your estrogen and progesterone, which will decrease the testosterone. See your doctor and ask for some pills. It's that easy.

Do you have a deficiancy? If not, your body is best left alone. I do know that alcohol increases testosterone in a female, so if you use it, stop.
In case you are wondering why a guy is answering, I don't have enough testosterone and I have 3 sisters that ask me everything.
I know when my sister wanted to get pregnant, she took an estrogen suppliment, but again, there can be complications from using steroids.
