Sorry but I don't know what LR means, hope it is not important. You need to break the general description of your area of interest down into a small number of directly testable statements - i.e your study will be able to say if they are supported or not, based on your results. I imagine one very vague one might be - 'customer satisfaction will be positively correlated with customer loyalty' - though this makes no statements about cause and effect, only that there will be a relationship. You'd do well to be even more specific about what processes you're looking at, i.e. how do you think the one might affect the other, and if you are measuring this in some way, create a hypothesis to test. So for example you might say 'a higher level of customer satisfaction, as measured by questionnaire x at time y after their sales transaction, will lead to an increase in variable z, as measured by such and such a measure'. And then 'variable z will contribute to customer loyalty, as measured by such a measure'. And maybe even 'variable z will have a greater effect on customer loyalty than variable yy (as measured by ----).

Any help? Hope so.

Maybe it would be better as "HOW SATISFACTION AFFECTS CUSTOMER LOYALTY" Ths would get around the problem of your bad grammer which someone already pointed out. The use of the word "Customer" twice in the same sentence is extremely bad, worse even than your incorrect use of the word "Affect" best of luck also because I can't imagine what your dissertation is going to look like because I just noticed your use of the lower case "i" even at the start of the sentence, and all I have is "O" level English.
I don't want to come across as picky but is English your first language?

A customer's loyalty is highly effected by the initial satisfaction the customer has.

Firstly change affect to effect. Your grammar is wrong.

They are linear. If one increases the other one increases.
