I feel everytime I work out, like I've gained 4-5 lbs..and its really discouraging. I feel fine the next morning but I dunno... I workout every day at a local gym, and I'm really trying hard to shed pounds..but I haven't weighed myself yet so I'm not quite sure how I'm doing. Could I be feeling this way after working out because I'm retaining so much water? I do drink about a bottle of water during/afterwards...any ideas?

well you certainly dont look it. its probably your water intake, cut down on your water intake and see what happens.

Do some research. That doesn't sound real common, and actually the more water you drink the less you should retain.

Is your diet high in salt perhaps? If it's a serious issue, talk to your doctor to at least see if you can figure out what causes it and how to prevent it (if possible). Better to get that under control if you can, than to quit working out to avoid the bloats.
