That was Hannah Barberra I think. George was the doggy with that was drunk in the cartoons. George was funny. George was also WB for a while, but I think he started with HB about the time Dudley Dooright,Bullwinkle and Rocky!
I am not Canadian so I could be wrong.

I once found a VERY OLD BAD copy of a George VHS movie on eBay. Keep trying there every so often. The quality was so bad on mine, I ultimately threw it away. Good luck.
