Always be honest with your interviewers! The best way to be honest with them is to be honest with yourself.

Take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself, from the perspective of an interviewer, " What do you think are your worse qualities?" You might be surprised to learn and know what the answer already is.

Also, use a tape recorder when you do this to capture what you say and then repeat it to find out how to turn this quality into a good quality.

Otherwise, there are no right or wrong answers to this question, only honest ones.

Good luck and hope this helps.

I don't think there is a good generic answer, but find some quality of yours that others may find annoying. Such as takes time to make a decision. Explain it, and spin it to a positive- IE: I like to be thorough when looking in to a situation and this often takes time. However, I don't find myself being blindsided by something I missed after a decision is made, and my decisions and suggestions are taken with confidence by my superiors (bosses, supervisors, etc.). Rehearse with someone you know to see if it sounds fake or not. I has to be something about you, but most interview questions are asked to see how you respond, not necessarily what. I never like to have stock answers for an interview but prefer to tailor them to the situation and feel. Good Luck!

It depends on your worst quality. Find one say it and then say how you know not to do it.

For example: My worst quality is that I like to work alone to insure that my work is done right, however, I have learned that in a team environment I have to share my data and involve the rest of the group.

Never say you procrastinate or you do poor careless work. Your worst quality has to be a positive attribute too. You could say something along the lines that you like to be challenged so at times you take on tasks far greater than your abilities or the time that you have.

I wish you the best of luck!

It depends on what you perceive to be your worst quality. I certainly wouldn't mention something like laziness or a tendency to procrastinate. Try to frame your answer in a positive way. For example, you might want to say that you're overly conscientious, or set extremely high personal standards. You could also say that you sometimes over extend yourself by taking on too many projects or by volunteering to "lend a hand," to someone else, which puts extra pressure on yourself to get everything accomplished to your own exacting standards. Be sure you are sincere when you make these claims, otherwise you might come across as a "brown noser" or show off.

As a hiring manager, my advise to you is; answer this question with a positive answer. For instance, you can say your worse quality is being too nice that people take you for granted.

Try something like :

"
The least of my qualities is a lack of interest in the sport of baseball ... and this is because I've been devoted to soccer from youth and spend most if my sporting life improving my skill as a footballer.
"

Ie, counterpoint with a strength.
