My husband is very dependent on one of his female employee?

he calls her very frequentelly to know abt business.if he thinks abt business,then that is the first thing he do,start calling her to know each and everything on his business.he also go there everyday on his buseness place.but still she is the only responsible person for all.he makes her atleast 30 call everyday.this things make me sad.that why my husband is so much dependent on any other lady.he calls her too much ,talk too.i have already talked with my husband abt this but everytime he makes me unanswered somehow.so please give a responce that how i should take this thing so that my life can be easy.or otherwise what you all think on it?tell me please.

People who work together can become very close,almost like Family.
There is also a phenomenon known as an "Emotional Affair". Even if this woman and your husband are not physically involved, I would talk to my husband about it and set some boundaries around when and how often they communicate. If he blows up or won't talk reasonably about it, I would insist on counseling for the 2 of you.

It sounds like this woman is a necessary part of your husband's business life. You might not like it, but you probably cannot change it. So you have two choices: 1) make yourself miserable, or 2) choose to be happy. If you choose to be happy, your life will be much nicer and your husband will be happier to. If you choose to be unhappy, you will be miserable and I'm sure your husband will be unhappy also.
